Personnels très sympathiques à ski extrème

The equipment was ok, but the customer service was terrible.

The people of the shop are very very friendly. they helped me a lot to find a good boot. but they alsof suggest to pay a little bit more for a higher class of ski's, but i have the feeling that i got very old ski's comparing tot other people who rented same classes elsewhere...

We rented a snowboard for 6 days. sunday to friday. we came on saturday evening to get the board and shoes. when we returned the board they told us we had to pay for an extra day because we started om saturday. we had to pay 25 euros extra while six days was 111 euros. wedid not want to make trouble and paid but it did not feel okay.
