Really excellent and professional service. great care and attention was given to make sure we had the best equipment for our needs and we were even given some technical tips on how to make the most of it while skiing! we’ll be coming back!

Good morning. i found the service pleasant. i did not read that i had to leave an identity document and i foud it uncomfortable to do this for a week. that is not something i have ever been asked to do before. i thought the skis for me were old and damaged. my impression is that because i paid online i ended up with the worst and oldest skis, so there was no benefit to me. it is wrong to discriminate in this way and to charge a higher fee for better and newer skis.

Very friendly and helpful staff, equipment was good and maintained well. we put ski’s on our 3.5 year old daughter for the first time, the help and advice received made this process easy. would hire again.

Excellent service. all the equipment was very good.

Amazing experience! they were efficient and very friendly in there. the freestyle and premium skis were of a great standard, however one thing to point out is that the progress snowboards were pretty ruined on the edges.
