Satisfied with the rent and material.unfortunately i was disappointed how the owner acted about a payment that didn’t come true but was payed by the customer. it wasn’t really professional. i will hesitate to suggest this shop to my friends because of this behavior

Tres bien! recommended as quick service and easily able to change the order as needed. also v. cheap when booking on line vs. walk ins - we saved about 50% by pre booking online rather than walking into the nearest hire shop to our hotel. and it was only a 5 min walk.

J’étais satisfait avec les skis, mais l’accueil de la dame était vraiment horrible. pas sympathique, hostile et hyper courte. comme toujours nous sommes arrivés dans le village vers 17-18 heures et directement après le check in nous sommes venues pour chercher les skis la première chose qu’elle disait c’était nous fermons dans une demi-heure, pourquoi que nous étions venue si tard. au contraire le messieurs était super sympathique et accommodant. sans lui et si je n’avais pas réservé les ski sur ligne j’aurais quitté le magasin sans louer les skis.

My girlfriend had a problem with her boots. it's causing bruises on her calves. they adjusted her boots and also then they change another boots for her and it was better already.

Great service and equipment. they were a pleasure to deal with. would definitely recommend.

Fantastique!! every one in the shop was really kind and helpful and great with my son and even found him his favourite colour helmet! couldn’t be happier with this service

Excellent service, rapide et aimable

Really excellent and professional service. great care and attention was given to make sure we had the best equipment for our needs and we were even given some technical tips on how to make the most of it while skiing! we’ll be coming back!
