Good morning. i found the service pleasant. i did not read that i had to leave an identity document and i foud it uncomfortable to do this for a week. that is not something i have ever been asked to do before. i thought the skis for me were old and damaged. my impression is that because i paid online i ended up with the worst and oldest skis, so there was no benefit to me. it is wrong to discriminate in this way and to charge a higher fee for better and newer skis.

Very friendly and helpful staff, equipment was good and maintained well. we put ski’s on our 3.5 year old daughter for the first time, the help and advice received made this process easy. would hire again.

Amazing experience! they were efficient and very friendly in there. the freestyle and premium skis were of a great standard, however one thing to point out is that the progress snowboards were pretty ruined on the edges.

Family of 4 beginner skiers rented equipment from 17.12.21 to 23.12.21. very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff, remeasured and changed boots for myself and my wife no problem when we had issues. very reasonable priced ski equipment hire and right on the doorstep of our apartment. we will definitely hire again return we return next year.
